The Forsaken Collab is a collaboration between Retro Tower Defense and the game Forsaken, running from August 21 to September 4, 2026. This limited-time event introduces a new Void unit called Chance, four fresh maps, a full set of collaboration skins, and a brand-new event currency called Forsaken Tokens.
Players can earn Forsaken Tokens by beating Forsaken-themed maps, then spend them in the event shop on exclusive rewards. The collab reached an all-time peak of 35,470 concurrent players on August 23, 2026, making it one of the biggest moments in Retro Tower Defense this year.

Chance: New Void Unit
Chance is a Void unit added in the Forsaken Collab on August 21, 2026. Unlike standard towers, Chance functions as a self-support unit capable of choosing from three different cards that grant various buffs to himself and nearby allies.
The triple-card mechanic makes Chance highly situational. In coordinated multiplayer runs, Chance players can adapt their buffs to match the current wave composition—single-target burst for boss waves, area buffs for escort stretches, and sustain for Endless Mode endurance phases.
Chance belongs to the Void rarity tier, placing him above Epic and Legendary in pull difficulty. Players who pull Chance should treat him as a flex support unit rather than a primary DPS replacement.
Forsaken Maps
Four new maps themed around the Forsaken universe have been added to Retro Tower Defense as part of the collab. These maps follow the standard difficulty curve but introduce Forsaken-specific enemy types and path layouts.
Completing Forsaken maps rewards Forsaken Tokens on top of regular Tix earnings. Players aiming to unlock all collab rewards should prioritize daily runs on these maps before the September 4 deadline.

Collab Skins and Event Currency
