Collab Window and What You Can Miss

The Forsaken x Retro Tower Defense collab runs August 21 to September 4, 2026 (ends 17:00 UTC / 1:00 PM ET). Skins tied to badges and the event shop leave with that window. Cosmetics do not change tower damage—this page is about unlocking them before they rotate out.

Four rewards sit at the top of every search right now. Retro Defense Jane Doe comes from the Home Turf badge (three Classic wins on event maps). Hyperlaser Chance comes from Clean Sweep (a Normal, no-modifier win on every event map). 4x4x4x4 for 1x1x1x1 comes from Home Run (the same set of maps on Hard). Forest Mage for Dusekkar is a shop purchase, listed at 800 Player Points on the Forsaken side of the collab.

Plaything Games billed the drop as four new maps plus a large limited skin suite. Grind Tokens on those maps even after you finish the three badges—the shop still has extra cosmetics that will not return in the same form.

Badge Skins: Home Turf, Clean Sweep, Home Run

Home Turf is the easy first skin. Queue Classic on any Forsaken map—Rift, Void, Catacombs, or Citadel—and win three times. You do not need modifiers off for this one. Gunner plus Tycoon is enough on Rift Normal if you still lack a Heroic.

Clean Sweep asks for a Normal clear with no modifiers on every event map. Do Rift and Void first (shorter lanes), then Catacombs (AoE escorts), then Citadel. Hyperlaser Sniper or Mage on elevation covers the long sightlines; Chance’s card buffs help if you already pulled the Void unit.

Home Run is the same four maps on Hard. Bring a Heroic (Mage, Noli, Doombringer, or Yorick) and save RETRO/GULLIBLE revives for Citadel. The 4x4x4x4 skin is the prestige piece of the collab—finish Clean Sweep first so you already know the layouts.

Shop Skin: Forest Mage Dusekkar

Forest Mage Dusekkar is not a badge. It sits in the collab shop. On the Forsaken listing it is priced at 800 Player Points; inside Retro Tower Defense you spend Forsaken Tokens earned from event-map clears. Buy it once the three badge skins are in progress so you do not dump Tokens on filler cosmetics first.

The skin is cosmetic on Dusekkar’s shield-and-buff kit. It does not turn Dusekkar into the Forest Mage Heroic tower. If you want the Heroic’s poison AoE, see the Forest Mage tower page and monthly quests—not this shop row.

Tokens convert to Tix after September 4. If you already own the shop skin you want, stop buying filler and let the rest convert. If you do not own Forest Mage Dusekkar, buy it before conversion.

Recommended Clear Order

Session plan: redeem 1stBirthday and the Tix codes, then three Classic Rift wins for Home Turf, then one clean Normal on each of the four maps for Clean Sweep, then Hard repeats for Home Run. Slot Tycoon on every run so Tix and Tokens rise together.

Multiplayer speeds Hard Citadel. Call Mage or Doombringer for clustered escorts and Noli for the boss. Do not stack four Tycoons—one farm plus three DPS clears faster and still pays Tokens.

The embedded collab video shows the skin suite in motion. Use it to identify which shop rows you still need after the badges.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do Forsaken collab skins expire? +

The collab closes September 4, 2026 at 17:00 UTC. Badge progress and the event shop should be finished before that timestamp.

How do I get Hyperlaser Chance? +

Earn the Clean Sweep badge: win Normal with no modifiers on every Forsaken event map (Rift, Void, Catacombs, Citadel).

How do I get Jane Doe in Retro Tower Defense? +

Win three Classic Mode games on Forsaken event maps for the Home Turf badge. That unlocks Retro Defense Jane Doe.

Is Forest Mage Dusekkar the Heroic tower? +

No. It is a Dusekkar cosmetic from the collab shop. The Forest Mage Heroic is a separate summon/monthly-quest unit.

Do collab skins change stats? +

No. They are visual only. Unlock them for collection and trading flex, not for damage.
